Karaahmet, who answered questions about his nomination for the award to Law.com, said the following when asked if he could describe his leadership style in a few words: ''I believe in the value of consulting with professionals that have contrasting points of view to incorporate diverse perspectives while still valuing the importance of making decisions swiftly, depending on the circumstances,'' he replied. Reminding that during his time in office, they opened the Pittsburgh offices as Herrick and that he served as Chief Operating Partner during the COVID period, and underlined that they signed a new lease agreement for Herrick, which has been in the same building for 75 years, and that with the new renovation, they will have a modern workspace in 2025. Karaahmet serves as Chief Operating Partner at Herrick. Karaahmet, who is also a member of the Firm's Executive Committee, started his career at Herrick in 1995.
