From 1973 to 1978, Adak was involved in various construction projects across cities like Edirne, Çankırı, and Kırıkkale, simultaneously managing both his professional and academic pursuits. In 1980, he moved to the United States to continue his education at Columbia University. However, due to political unrest and economic challenges, he had to interrupt his studies and return to the business world.

Years later, Adak's passion for education led him back to İTÜ, where he finally completed his civil engineering degree, earning his diploma in 2013. Tolga and Güney Adak have played pivotal roles in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in the truss manufacturing sector, reinforcing its mission to prioritize customer satisfaction and community needs above all.

ONE OF A KIND ROOF SYSTEM
In the spirit of many great structures around the world an iconic guitar hotel tower is under construction at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Designed to resemble back-to-back guitars, with guitar faces, necks and brightly lit guitar strings that reach 450 feet into the sky on the both sides, the tower is under construction as part of a 2.5 billion dollars expansion of the resort. It is the flagship destination of the Hard Rock International empire owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. At the base of the guitar is an elaborate 10-acre pool complex that is intended to provide a Bora Bora Experience for guests with lagoons, waterfalls and private luxury villas. As part of this massive project Alpine Fabricator Florida Quality Truss in Pompano Beach received a call to help resolve their need for a very unique covered walkway longer than a football field. After being told it could not be done by some, Franko Medi led the design, manufacturing and installation of this project. The result was a one of a kind 334' structure that has 522 upper trusses and 376 lower trusses. The nearly 900 custom trusses were fabricated and shipped for installation. The enchanting results of this partnership unveiled and on display to the public when the new guitar hotel has its grand opening celebration on October 24, 2019.
