Opening in December, Deep Harbour will accommodate 50 yachts as large as 550 feet and will be laid out Med-style for tying up stern-to-dock. Water depth will be 18 feet inside the piers and 21 feet outside the piers. Amenities include in-slip fueling. The new marina also will serve as the home of Superyacht Miami, a new boutique show from Show Management that will be part of the Feb. 11-15 Yacht Miami Beach, formerly known as the Yacht & Brokerage Show in Miami Beach.

For those traveling from international destinations, Island Gardens Deep Harbour will provide customs and immigration clearance to guests and residents arriving via yacht, according to a statement.

Landscaping will include gardens, public art installations and civic art, and a public promenade overlooking the superyacht marina and the Miami skyline. (source: http://www.tradeonlytoday.com)
