Turkish Ambassador Tan calls on Turkish scientists in USA to share experiences with Turkish youth. Turkish Ambassador in Washington Namik Tan on Saturday made a call on Turkish scientists living in the United States to share their experiences and success with Turkish youth in Turkey.
Speaking at the inauguration of the Fifth Annual Conference of the Turkish American Scientists and Scholars Association (TASSA) in Washington, Ambassador Tan said that "while it would not be realistic to expect you to leave the opportunities presented by U.S. universities, I call on you to spend time with Turkish youth in Turkey and share your experiences".
I do hope that in the next TASSA conference we will have a Turkish scientist with a Nobel prize, Tan also said.
