Ahmet Bozer Joins TPF's Board

"I have always admired Turkish Philanthropy Funds for its approach to philanthropy and dynamic leadership team, and I'm honored to be joining their board," said Bozer. "I have tremendous respect for Haldun Tashman, Mustafa Kemal Abadan and the other board members, and I look forward to working with them to contribute to the social and economic development of Turkey."
Bozer graduated from Georgia State University with an MS in Business Information Systems, and earned a BS in Business Administration from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey. In 2013, he was named Chairman of the Business Council for International Understanding (BCIU), elected as the Chairman of the U.S.- Turkey Business Council, and was appointed to the Robinson College Board of Advisors at Georgia State University. Bozer's relationship with TPF dates back to 2014, when he opened a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF). Through his DAF at TPF, he championed and continues to support education in Turkey mostly through scholarships.
"Ahmet is an admired and esteemed professional in the corporate world and we are excited to welcome him to TPF's board of directors," said Mustafa Kemal Abadan, TPF's Chairman. "Ahmet's strong experience across both developed and emerging countries and philanthropic vision would further strengthen our board's breadth of talent and background. We are honored that he not only uses TPF for his personal philanthropy but also will work with us to make an important and positive impact in our community.
