American, Turkish Businessmen Discuss Renewable Energy

Delivering a speech on talks, ASO Chairman Nurettin Ozdebir said that Turkey's imports from the United States had been 12.3 billion U.S. dollars and exports to the U.S. had been 3.8 billion USD in the last year.
In the first nine months of 2011, similar exports and imports figures have been reached already between the two countries, he said.
Camunez said they were glad to have sound relations with ASO.
The United States was eager to boost its economic relations with Turkey, he said.
Energy was of great importance in improvement of commercial relations, he said.
Camunez said that Turkey was expected to be among 10 largest economies of the world in 2023 and it should be open to international investments.
