Ablak Holdings, LLC Acquires Sincerely Yogurt Chain

While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, all franchise locations and employees will remain and benefit from Ablak Holdings' proven track record of helping entrepreneurs start, grow and sell franchise brands. In addition, Sincerely Yogurt's head of operations will work for Ablak Holdings in a similar role.

With no artificial flavoring or additives, Sincerely Yogurt offers 10 low-fat or non-fat yogurt flavors at a time, rotating them among 120 different options. In a fresh and fun environment, customers can customize their yogurt with about 40 different toppings, ranging from healthy fruit to popular candy. Serving the health conscious and the kid-in-all-of-us alike, Yogurt's menu has a variety of nutritional and meal replacement smoothies as well as Oreo ice cream sandwiches and brownie sundaes.

Founded in 2009 by John Majors, the franchise was acquired In June of 2014 by local business partners Michael Mathias, Craig Cozza and Fernando Esquivel.
