Turkey's National Photography Achieve Project Launched
The turquoise and purple clouds which ascended from the narrow streets of Galata, quickly went up the Galata Tower of the Geneose, where golden lights of the setting sun reflected on. The clouds which began a historical journey with the winds blowing from the Bosporus began to float in the skies of İstanbul after greeting Hezârfen Ahmed Çelebi, a legendary Ottoman aviator, who flew from the very top of the Galata Tower with eagle wings 376 years ago.- Published in Latest

Dr. Mehmet Oz, known to television viewers simply as Dr. Oz, once touted a natural extract to viewers as helpful in losing weight. On Monday, the company behind the miracle ingredient agreed to pay $3.5 million to settle accusations by the Federal Trade Commission that it used phony science to back up its claims.
The Turkish Cultural Foundation's (TCF) "Who's Who in Turkish Culture and Art" online database passed 3,000 listings this month. The TCF Who's Who features living Turkish artists, artisans and experts in over 50 categories such as Visual, Traditional and Applied Arts, Conservation, Music, Dance, Fashion, Cinema and Theater.
