Hedo Turkoglu did next to nothing from a statistical standpoint for the Clippers a season ago, after being added in the middle of the year in an attempt to bolster the bench with a veteran player that could help the team for its run into the postseason. The Turkish state fund has seized all store products from the health and nutrition brand GNC, claiming the company has a secret partnership with a corruption-charged Turkish businessman. The Turkish Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) reportedly seized Bakara medical goods, the company that handles GNC’s distribution products in Turkey, after proving there was a financial link between former Bayındır Holding owner Kamuran Çörtük and Bakara.
The Los Angeles Clippers might re-sign forward Hedo Turkoglu if they waive the newly acquired Carlos Delfino and Miroslav Raduljica, according to the Orange County Register's Dan Woike. All signs point to both of them being waived in order to give Los Angeles roster flexibility. To use that flexibility on Turkoglu, though, would be curious. The 14-year veteran did not exactly prove himself to be still capable of contributing last year.
