Located in Twin Falls, Idaho, Chobani has invested $450 million to build this one million square foot, world-class operation in less than 11 months. Chobani broke ground on the 200-acre site in December 2011 and began construction earlier this year. Phases one and two of the project were completed in an unprecedented 326 days, thanks to the hard work and dedication of over 2,000 men and women who put in over 1.7 million man hours to build the state-of-the-art facility from the ground-up.
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- There is more money in the pot for Staten Islanders impacted by Sandy with a donation of $100,000 by the New York Rotary to the Project Hospitality Staten Island Hurricane Relief Fund. "I know they will do an excellent job in stretching the money for everyone who needs it," said Rotarian Jim Thompson, a Silver Lake resident who turned over the donation during a Rotary lunch at the Harvard Club in Manhattan. The Hurricane Relief Fund now stands at $600,000
