Now approved, Yellen's team is coming together, and she has chosen a female candidate of Turkish descent with extensive financial policy experience, Didem Nişancı, to assume the role of the Treasury secretary's chief of staff. Nişancı was born on March 9, 1973, and studied economics in the U.S. between 1991 and 1995.
